Quilcene, Washington

This small cabin is located in absolute privacy on the edge of the Olympic National Forest and bordered only by the Big Quilcene River and the undisturbed woods. No neighbors, no other cabins or houses. While sitting on the porch swing you can hear the sound of the river and look into the forest of all, big trees.

The(about 460 sqft) cabin itself is completely finished with wood (cedar on the outside, pine on the inside), very cozy and has all you need for your vacation: about 200 sqft living space with a small woodstove (fire wood included), 2 comfortable recliner chairs, a small desk with internet access (WI-FI) and a small sink (for coffee, tea and the basics). The living room connects to a small bathroom with a toilet and a shower (towels included). The bedroom upstairs (accessible via permanent ladder) has a comfortable queen bed plus all you need for a good night's rest.

Notes Please note that this cabin does not have a kitchen, so you cannot cook your meals inside. However there is a coffee maker and a water cooker (coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar and creamer included) plus a small sink and you can use and enjoy a fire pit, picknick table and barbeque outside of the cabin to make and enjoy a campfire and/or an outside cooked meal. We also offer an arrangement to include a fresh homemade breakfast for an extra $15 per night/per 2 people, plus we can make you a lunch to pack. There are a number of really nice restaurants within a few miles for dinner and or lunch (like the Timberhouse in Quilcene or the Halfway House in Brinnon)
