Refund Policy

Refund Requests and Termination of  VacationList.com Listings.

VacationList.com listings are sold to run the specified term of the chosen package.  If pre-paid for 1 year, refunds can be requested for up to 14 days from the day the listing was created and paid for.  Refund requests received within the 14 days will be returned in full.  After 14 days, VacationList.com does not provide a refund for the full years listing fees.  If paying via our monthly plan, users can cancel at anytime.  Payments previously posted are non-refundable.  For more information on our refund policy, please contact refunds@vacationlist.com
